When we arrived with my crazy medical condition and no service from our cell phone, you just took over and immediately calmed me down with your kindness, assuring me all would be ok. You gave a total stranger your own cell phone so I could rest assured I could be in touch with Dr's. I felt that you knew I needed to rest and wanted us to do just that and enjoy our stay! Well, it worked!! And after a couple of days I felt better and was able to return your phone. In todays world, acts of kindness are far and few between. Thank you so much.
