General Information:
  • Additional People per site (4 included / 6 Max) - $10.00 per day
  • Pets (Max 2 per site) - $10.00 per stay
  • Reservation Booking Fee - $10.00 per reservation
  • Site Lock-in Fee - $20.00 per site (only if you want to stay in a specific site that you are booking, it is not required, but recommended)
Holidays:
  • Holidays (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day) $30 Maximum Charge - 3 night Minimum - $10.00 per day
  • All sites 2 night weekend Minimum (Fri-Sat) Memorial Day through Labor Day
Cancelations:
  • Cancelation Fee - 7+ days prior to check-in = 20% of total; 2-7 days prior to check-in = 50% of total; With-in 48hrs of check-in = 100% of total
  • Cancelation with in 24hrs of making the reservation = full refund minus $10.00 Reservation Booking Fee
